-Installation:
Installation typically takes approximately 1 hour using basic hand tools in the convenience of your driveway or garage, and can be completed even more efficiently with access to an automotive lift. Modifications may be necessary for bed/cab configurations with a shorter wheelbase.
Tuner Required:A tuner capable of DPF delete is necessary for the removal and elimination of emission related sensors, such as the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC, in order to prevent any check engine light or diagnostic trouble codes from setting.
Benefits: You can expect a significant increase in fuel efficiency.If your DPF is clogged, you are likely averaging around 13-14 mpg, depending on the level of blockage;After removing the DPF/CAT, anticipate achieving a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg.
